Mayrain,always be your best raincoat supplier!Assist charter and book shipping space contact the freight forwarder at least 2 weeks ago before finish the mass goods, get the info of shipment date,voyage, port charge, and send to client to confirm. prepare all documents ( contract, invoice, packing list, booking note,shipping bill,customs export declaration form, BL) and send BL draft,Invoice,PL,contract to client for confirming make sure all details are correct. inform workshop send the goods to port in time as delivery note. after sailing request BL draft immediately and double check with client, after client confirmed,ask the original BL. pay the port charge in time and get the original BL and check it again. Offer full sets documents for client pick up the goods.
1. Invoice in triplicate invoice or as clients request form.
2. packing list in triplicate
3. Certificate of original ,Form A, form E, free charge if client need
4.Within 3 days after sailing, send e-mail to client about all details of the shipment( vessel name, number,departure date, estimated arrival date, goods and quantity, amount, number of packages, mark, agent at port of destination…) Delivery all of the original documents to customer if they need the original.Track the shipping report and update the dynamic and remind the customer when the goods arrival.
If you are Mayrain VIP client: 1. We send Annual report every year, summarizes the amount, quantity and items in the year.Follow up the customer market feedback for adjusting the suitable product. Help client make purchase plan. 2. Reserve production time for VIP customers with fixed orders at fixed time. 3. We have gifts and discount if VIP client book order in sale season( August-September) 4. We send desk calendar and special gifts for VIP client, every year is difference. 5. Free samples for the VIP client, even OEM design. 6. Invite VIP customers to our annual celebration.
