Reflective raincoat coating types
There are usually two types of coatings for raincoats, pu and pvc. What is the difference between these two coatings?
1. The temperature resistance is different, the temperature resistance of pu coating is higher than that of pvc.
2. Wear resistance, pu has higher abrasion resistance than PVC.
3. The hand feel is different, the pu feel is softer than the pvc feel.
4. The price is different, pu has high performance in all aspects, so the price will be higher than that of PVC.
Ordinary raincoats are usually coated with pvc, while law enforcement personnel use pu coated raincoats.
Reflective raincoat fabric
There are usually three kinds of raincoat fabrics. What is the difference between Oxford , pongee, polyester and polyester taffeta?
Oxford fabric: It is woven from nylon or polyester fabric, soft to the touch, easy to wash and dry, easy to absorb moisture, and has good air permeability.
Pongee fabric: There is not much difference between the fabrics of clothes that are usually worn, but the waterproof performance is not very good, usually the standard raincoat for urban management.
Polyester fabric:It has high strength and elastic recovery ability, so it is durable, anti-wrinkle and non-ironing. It has better light fastness. It has good resistance to various chemicals, and the degree of damage to it by acid and alkali is not great. At the same time, it is not afraid of molds or insects.
Polyester taffeta fabric: light and thin, durable and easy to wash, low price and good quality, but it doesn't feel too comfortable.
The fabric is made of silk, and different silks make up different raincoat fabrics. Take Oxford cloth for example, there are 15*19 silk Oxford cloth, 20*20 silk Oxford cloth, etc., so the world of fabrics is very complicated.
Maintenance of raincoat fabric

It’s best to fold it in half after flattening it, don’t fold it too small, don’t press it too hard, and don’t store it in a high temperature place.
