  • What do we do when we receive an order from a customer?

1. When we receive a inquiry. Mayrain make quotation according to the customer requirements (Use Mayrain photo quotation sheet form or customer request form)and offer the optional proposal. 2. After the customer agree the quotation, arrange color sample, size sample and pre-production sample to confirm. 3. After the customer confirm the sample, send SALES CONFIRMATION(formal contract, use Mayrain unified format,all details are same as discuss with our customer,should be written into the confirmation include: item name,specification,quantity,price,package,time of shipment,payment terms,bank account information… after our customer signed and stamped, keep it into our customer file.) 4.Arrange production as per S/C, when we receive the deposit and the customer confirm all details of products. 5. Inspection as Mayrain inspection process or as buyer’s option.

  • How we send samples to you?

1. Mayrain re-pack the samples when we take from the different workshops, check carefully and fill in the sample form with all details(item name,fabric,size,printing,workshop,date )and take photo,if we find some problem will get them back to re-make it. 2. Make sure all the samples to our customer are correct,clean,orderly with remarked specifications . 3. Fill in the waybill must check the address and recipient information more than 3 times,make sure all info are correct. 4. Write down the track number and take photos for the package and waybill. And send them to client by email. 5. Timely paid the delivery fee. 6. Track the shipping report and update the dynamic and remind the customer when the sample arrival.
