We have strictly and whole sets regulation for quality control. In our mind quality is the most import thing in production. That’s why we can keep long business relationship with hundreds of old customers. Our good service is not only one words, our words is our done.

First, we have special person come to workshop check quality more than 3 times for one order. When we finish fabric, when we start make on production line, when we finish production. We have inspection report to record the realistic data with photo and size details.

Second, we would make production photo and videos send to you.

Third, the network is developed, and the production or inspection process of network video live broadcasting is workable. So Mayrain is your eyes and hands in factory, we could help you achieve full control. Mayrain also welcome your own special inspection， please advice before make production. We will produce and inspect according to your requirement.

And we offer three free inspections,The first inspection（When we finish fabric, before make mass goods） 1 Check the color, thickness, softness, feel, and other quality of the fabric meet the order requirements. 2 Check accessories, including packaging bags, buttons, tags, washing labels, and printing meet the order requirements. 3 Before production, all requirements are clearly informed to the workshop with documents. 4 If any problems are found, inform the workshop immediately and follow up correct it. Take photos of the problematic part and remark. Strictly implement inspection rules.

The second inspection （Mid-production inspection） 1. Check workmanship：sewing, heat sealing, printing, etc. are the same as prenatal 2. Size measurement， print position，other client’s requirements .

The third inspection （when finished more than 80% of production and packing (before shipment): 1. Check Packing situation: The quantity of each box, the total number of boxes. The mark, barcode, etc. same as the contract. The packaging is intact, durable and meets export standards. Take photos. 2. Focus on the problems that occur during the first inspection. Number of spot checks: 5-10% 3. Check the quality as the contract requirements. 4 Inspection quantity: According to AQL II 2.5/4.0 inspection standard.
